yes your right, up until 3 years ago my dad owned the land but since then I have owned it, my dad put up with the headache of neighbors cattle always being out & eating free off his land but now that I own the land I'm not willing to feed someone else's cattle for them practically year round at my exspense, even though they don't have insurance for when their cattle get out & cause damage to my crops or hay I give them the one time a year free pass but if their cattle are out again I send them a bill for damages with a note saying that if their cattle are out again & on my land I will catch them up & haul them to the salebarn & sell them in their name & have salebarn cut me a check for damages, feed exspense, labor to catch them up & trucking for hauling them to the sale barn , & I don't work for other people cheap ha ha
