It has been several years since I used paraquat on wheat stubble but when I used it it worked very well. The more drought stressed the weeds are it seems to work better because they aren't growing.

Volunteer wheat I would put in a pound or two of atrazine if you are going to milo or corn next year.


edit: be careful with wind conditions. Local applicator famously said paraquat will drift upwind.
