North Central Ohio | I have about an acre and a half that I will be planting grass seed on this fall. It is very sandy and never get much of a crop off of it. I decided to let the kids make a small baseball field out of it - since they really don't have an area to hit, etc (due to buildings and trees). I don't want to invest much in it because it may return to field crops soon. What type of grass seed should I sow? Whould KY 31 fescue work?? I don't want anything fancy...most summers it will be brown anyways. | |
