Central Missouri | It is there by the seeds and choice to prevent a stop sale by the state dept of ag if the lot is sampled and a weed seed is found. The entire lot number would be stop saled. Once a stop sale is placed on a lot it is the seedsmans responsibility to remove the entire lot from commercial channels. Same as putting 90 germ on the tag even though the actual germ may be 97.
