I would tend to agree. Last year K Def was showing up all over here, visually and tissue, and it turned out to be our best corn crop ever by far.

I too have one field that probably still has 300+ potential, soils, drainage and fertility. And it is showing K Def in tissue tests and a little visually. but then again most plants are pollinating two ears.

Hope it is a good sign.
