Corn looks like it could use a drink. Do you know what your soil temp is? Guessing high 80s? What kind of yield do you get in that heat? Wish my rows were that straight.


First year of trying corn. Usually have grain sorghum and average around 40 bu. APH.

Soil temps vary of course depending on soil cover. Bare ground right now at 2" is 97 degrees according to weather site. Drops to mid 70s at night. Air temps drop to mid 60s.

Grass covered ground is mid-high 80s at 2" deep in the middle afternoon.

Just the luck of where I took the picture on straight rows. I use EZ-Steer with WASS signal, so they are not very straight in most places.
