WC IL | Please join us for the 9th Annual Hancock County Residue Management Conference tomorrow south of Carthage, IL. We will be discussing residue management, nutrient management, and soil health. Hans Kok will be discussing soil health, Loran Steinlage will be discussing precision cover crops, John Werries will be discussing strip till corn-on-corn (program, change from attached flyer), and Steve Berger will be discussing use of cover crops to improve soil health and corn production. This year's event will run from 4pm-9pm and will include supper. Anyone is invited. Contact me if you have any questions.
SWCD & Farm Bureau will also be performing water testing for nitrate levels. Bring your water sample to be tested and be registered for free Yeti products.
