Subject: RE: 20 in beans versus 15 in beans

east central iowa
I have 20 inch row beans and corn and I drill half my beans at 7.5 my only problem with the 20 is it seems I have lots more weeds popping threw the canopy now. The drilled are way cleaner. I am in hilly ground so maybe disease isn't such an issue but I like the narrower rows better. I am actually thinking of getting a air seeder or getting a 15 inch planter for beans. I like using the auto steer to spray post and combining the drilled and 15 inch would be nicer also.
