Concordia,Kansas | I see no problem with making the move to higher revenue crops, and wanting to expand your operation with them. I think it`s how you go about it that lets you hold your head up high. I`ve been know to raise some cash rents in some areas, but they were undervalued to the crops that the ground was capable of producing. If you up the rents on the land you already have to what is fair for the crops produced, it will get around, and the next thing you know people are talking to you about what you are doing. That is when you see if you could do something for their land? | |
