Dearfield Co. | OK I misread it then I thought it was the big v8 gas--------------------------Check and make sure you are getting juice to the ECM It might crank but have no voltage to the ecm . Then where that is a huei set up you might have to get a code reader to see if it is communicating or if there is a sensor issue. Cam sensors on this engine are prone to failure with no codes. You might call the local bus barn since this engine is in thousands of school buses if you can't figure it out
Also check your oil level and if its diluted -------------these things are similar to how a 6.0 stroker runs and can be plagued with the same issues
This is for the dv530 or the bigger torque version-----------I dont know if they made a early non huei version
