Washington Co Ks | I don't know to much about their new parts. I've gotten used parts a number of times and had good luck. I thought they treated me right on used parts. One time in the middle of harvest I had a problem with a Gleaner R50 that I had. The dealer was having trouble locating new parts and called Abilene. They had what I needed still on a combine so I headed out to get it while the mechanic finished taking mine apart. When I got there they were still trying to get it off and finally gave up. The guy at Abilene thought they had what I needed in the shop but wasn't sure. He apologized for not being able to get the part off and sent me home with the part from the shop. He said that if it was what I needed I had a free part other wise I was out a trip. Between what they gave me and what the mechanic had and some shims that I had we had the combine back in the field the next afternoon. | |
