There are alot of good points here both ways. We don't know all the circumstances. Loyalty is important but seems to be dieing. These tenants offering big dollars will be here today and gone tomorrow. But after reading posts here on agtalk with subjects like..Where can I buy the cheapest fertilizer, seed, Roundup, is there any wonder this is happening with land rent.
