A farm manager once told me its the little things in life that matter. Maybe the old tenant didn't do the small things, like greasing the skids i.e. Christmas & birthday cards etc (or maybe some popcorn, hint hint-its been 7 years ) Sometimes it doesn't take much to reciprocate with a little loyalty.
