| Why would the new tenants name be threw under the bus? I would think if the farm was for rent it would be the present tenants respnsibility to contact the landowner for a new lease. We lease from 30 different lanlords and we sure as hell do not wait until the lease runs out to sighn a new lease. We only rent land on a 3 yr lease and start negotionating a new lease 6 mo. before maturaty. Remember there are always two sides to every story. | |
