I'm not sure it's a 100% cure-all but I've had very good luck handling leg cramps by eating a banana. They are high in potassium and sure seem to help. I've heard of a lot of coaches that encouraged their players to eat a banana on game day.
+100 I posted this on here years ago and was told I was an idiot and a liar. All I can say that I have had "charley horse" leg cramps for most of my 67 years, but ONLY when I miss my daily banana for a few days, the cramps are back. Eat a banana every day in morning and no trouble at all with cramps. Cheap , simple , works for me and tastes good :) |
