Beresford SD
Splines on the coupler are gone, need to remove the hydro pump from PTO housing. This job may or may not be in your comfort zone. The procedure involves draining the hydro oil, remove hinged side panel, disconnect oil lines and control link, unbolt and remove pump. Two guys standing in a loader bucket can handle the pump. Then remove bolts holding coupler to PTO output shaft.

You should expect both pump shaft and coupler will need to be replaced, take pump to dealer shop, they can swap out pump shaft in 2-3 hours, cost about $1000. Replacement o-rings for all oil lines should be used when re-connecting. Your operators manual should have instructions for how to purge air from the system.
