Mid Michigan
He might have the same problem a lot of people do in michigan this year. It hasn't rained in a lot of areas and the beans have sat at 3 inches tall for 40 days straight. Can't grow anything if they don't have water. I drive by hundreds of acres of beans on the way to work and most of them still look yellow and unhealthy. A lot of those fields are excellent fertility fields. This week we have some extreme heat and humidity so maybe some areas will catch a shower and make up some of the extreme water defecit we have going on. One new thing I learned this year is you can do everything right, all the planning, all the planting, the best seed, the right fertilizer, time it right, have all your ducks in a row, and if it don't RAIN all your plans don't mean sh@t. Been extremely unusual dry this year.
