My FIL has had my '68 4020 PS borrowed for cutting and baling hay. Here recently he said the pto isn't wanting to fully disengage. He said he had it on a bush hog and the pto, while disengaged would turn but not fast. He told me if he lowered the bush hog down into heavy grass it would stop but, when he raised it, it would start turning again.
