I've got everything for beans this year of no till, planted green, fall deep tilled. Each system has its draw backs and each system has its good points.
I think a guy needs to deep till in ground every few years and also have a cover crop on it every few years. A small grain in the rotation may not make a lot of money but sure helps break things up.
The organic we are after the premium organic grain catches. 1/2 the field that's organic is a bottom so no worry about erosion on it.
