East Idaho | Really like that area. Seems like you're starting harvest quite early, but the yield and protein doesn't sound too bad. Last time I was there they were building a large elevator up near Chester during the $8 wheat years. A lot of new bins going up on the farms around there as well.
I go bird hunting for sharptail grouse and huns between Fort Benton and Chester on 223. I take a trip up there every September after I finish up barley harvest here in Idaho. Hunt from Chester to Plentywood all along the Hi-line. | |
