Not sure about Winfield but Precision Labs has a product called Protyx that i've been told doesn't affect ear development. I have some i'm going to give a try Monday along with some Headline AMP and 20+ GPA. http://www.precisionlab.com/agriculture/products/adjuvants/fungicid...

Honestly i would think the same way as far as just doing it, we plant lot of COC, strip till never burying residue. But $3 corn changes my mind a bit, and honestly have run many test over the years never seen much till last year running Headline with ground rig. The Headline and Protyx is almost 20$ an acre for just product from wholesaler.

Not sure what the Protyx cost but spraying straight Amp hear for about half your price. Was bought early to get the full rebate. Plan on starting Monday with ground rig.
