| The fact someone is interested in entrusting her property to you to farm is a good thing. You can't do anything about the timing but , if I were you, I'd go out and try to make her a return this year. Use a chemical approach that will allow you to get beans in the ground asap. She knows it is late in the growing season. She will appreciate your efforts (work out terms where you share the risks as equal as possible) and I'd bet it will foster your future landlord/tennant relationship. Congrats. | |
