Pawnee,gage county, neb | Thanks to everyone for the replies, court appearance date is July 27, my son is going to ask for the report & any recorded footage of the traffic stop, & if they give that to him , review it, if they don't comply with his request for the report & any recorded footage of the traffic stop, on July 27 when he appears in court & pleads not guilty we will file a motion for discovery & a motion for dismissal of the charge against him due to the search being an illegal search & seizure, & proceed from there. | |
