I did some rope wicking last year and used gramoxone with very little water. Just a few drops on pigweed and they were burning within hours. It did take a while to get ropes saturated correctly and set to not drip. Some weeds would whip back after being wiped and touch beans killing small spots that way. The gramoxone did way better than I thought it would since only a few drops killed the weeds. I only wiped one direction and at a speed around 8-10 mph slowing down in areas with more weeds or unlevel ground. It is a slow process doing 8 rows at a time but did work pretty decent.
