| I have been wondering the same. I just ordered a rope wick tuesday. It is due in on Friday and will be chasing water hemp this weekend. I was planning on a 50/50 mix of 24d. Guy I ordered the wick from said not to use any crop of because it gums up the rope wicks. I am out of bullets here, going for the hail Mary with the wick. Hope it at least kills enough waterhemp I can get the combine through the beans. Tried 3.5 oz of valor xlt on one field, 7 Oz of authority xl on another. Held some back, but unfortunately quiet a few still made it through.
I had to totally kill one field of beans and twh and replant due to twh. I sprayed it with 1 pint of 24d and mso 1 gallon to 100 to the acre and got a really good kill on that field.
The fields I am gping to whipe had 3.5 quarts of flexstar gt put on them 3 weeks ago and it didn't hardly phase it. Burned the tops a little and within 10 days they were back up and growing. | |
