I just worry about the K being available in time. I think you meant use DAP instead of MAP. I prefer MAP for a few reasons, but if push comes to shove I could just broadcast my K and put my MAP together I guess... It's just N moves so easily I figured it would be the easiest to broadcast.
Potash is very soluble. Less than 1" of rain and the roots will pick it up.
Stay with the map. Dap lowers the soil pH. Not good in a band. |
