Nc Ks. | No I have not been there. But if he farms on those slopes I would think he would understand the necessity of a terrace. His soils or his cropping rotation might be different to allow farming those slopes with no terraces. But I know here, on mine, with our rotations, you couldn't control erosion with covers alone.
Edit to add I went back and looked at the pictures he posted and we farm a lot more slope than that.
