I've still got about 15% of my 2015 left
With the recent downdraft on the board basis to the north and east of me has tightened.
So I'm going to go ahead and move the cash and either do a basis contract or just probably buy the Sep16 futures
Sep is about .05 below the dec right now, there might be a chance for it to invert and then roll it forward
If you decide to hold the physical I wouldn't move it to another bin until right before harvest if at all especially if it is cool.
My experience with Reserve corn and holding corn over is yes you might have some bugs but if you haul it out first next winter Graders aren't looking for bugs that time of year!
