I have sold seven year old corn before, although there was a lot of bug damage. I sold it in the summer and didn't get docked. I usually keep some corn for cattle, so I also have 1-2 year old corn on hand. I have never dumped new corn on top of old corn, though, and we usually harvest and store at 16% or less in small bins, with plenty of insecticide.
Storing 2015 & 2016 corn into 2017.
