Subject: corn on corn

South-central ohio
What do you guys do each year to make your continuous corn work? As far as tillage practices, fertility, weed control, etc. Most guys around here chisel plow there coc then run nh3,in spring, cultivate once or twice then plant. Just curious as to what everybody else does. When/how do you supply N? What type of hybrid do you look for? I am especially interested in vertical tillage corn on corn and how that yielded and was managed. Sorry if this is a vague question but just considering different ideas and programs for the future.
