I like to have wheat closer to 12 moisture going into the bin. We get hot and humid here during harvest so just run fans 24 to 48 hours to take the "harvest heat" out of it. You will be amazed how cool the air coming out of the bin feels in the mornings. Don't forget a good bug treatment or you will just have meal by fall.
