Thanks for the replies , & he will Pay for his own attorney fees if decide to get one & any fines if there are any , I raised my kids to know their rights & it comes down to a matter of principle,, if the officer was in the wrong it's worth the extra $ to prove so rather than just pay the fine & let the officer get away with violating their rights & possibly from the officer doing it again to someone In the future
I agree. I believe it has been established with plenty of case precedence that speeding is not probable cause for searches. Please post when there are updates. |
