This is a conventional till neighbors field. Soybean stubble that they FC once then planted seed. They got this much erosion while our area was in a drought. We only received about 1.5". This spot was also primarily A and B slopes. The waterway I was in leads into a bigger waterway that runs alongside our fields. They also washed enough dirt into that waterway to where I got stuck with a four wheel drive pickup, this area was 100% A slope. Again, we were in a drought! They have filled our waterway level full with dirt 3 times now. Keep on tilling until you hit bedrock I guess. if its not yours "poor taste to post other's farming" |
