Nevada, Iowa | Sounds like they're pretty innocent of possession to me but that doesn't mean squat in the real world. This kind of business really stinks, when someone completely ignorant of a situation takes the load for someone else's goof up. I think an attorney is good advice. Sounds like the other owner of the pickup goofed and the boys are going to pay. I hope he can step up and do something about it.
