Yeah, if they are small I would leave out the cobra
r-up works well enough here on the velvetleaf, I try to spray it in the morning before it gets too hot, seems like in the heat of the afternoon it does not take it up.
if morningglories are going to be a recurring issue, I would go with 4oz. thunder , that seems to keep them at bay in beans "here", gives a little residual
