waaaay east central Colorado | Tmrand pretty much hit it on the nose. The only thing that I can add is that the weed control in 9k skips or 9k solids would probably average up to the same. With skips (my experience is only with p2s2 so take that for what its worth) there is more weed pressure in the skip rows blank rows than solid 30"s but less in the planted 2 rows compared to solid 30"s, so we only spray the blank rows and leave the planted. Dunno if it's right, but it's what we have done for going on ten years. |
