In Iowa an MIP is bumped to a DUI if another DUI occurs within 5 years (not sure on the time frame). Fight it if you believe the boys story.
show me that. That doesn't make sense. You have to have evidence to criminally charge a DUI. This sounds like the myth of a CDL is .04 even in your car which is also a myth.
