Pawnee,gage county, neb | My argument would be that first the cop had no probable cause to search the cooler or the cab of the truck , 2nd problem I have is if the cooler is in the bed of the truck I don't think that is "in posession " if it were in the cab it'd be a diffrent story but since it was in the bed of the truck the beer wouldn't be "accessible " I think , I guess we will.let a judge or jury decide ha ha | |
