Didn't want to turn this into a legal argument. I know it is illegal to save the Liberty patented beans under normal circumstances

But I have often wondered if a companies seed supply was lost due to some sort of catastrophe, natural disaster etc. on farm seed supplies would have to be used.

Now if a company cannot supply enough of a certain seed for its loyal customers because they oversold the market out of pure greed.......IMO courts would look favorable toward the farmer
