| I had some willows that size once and got rid of them by soaking the leaves with a quart of 4 pound glyphosate in 10 gallons of water using a hand spray wand.
Cutting and brushing the stumps with tordon is effective. I've also used concentrated glyphosate diluted with 2 parts 2-4-D Amine to one part glyphosate applied with a brush. Only the cambium and inner bark of bigger stumps needs the killing solution and a brush has better control than a spray.
