What are your copper and k levels?
Could you post a avg soil test from your fields? It would tell more.


On the flip side what kind of yield potential could he be giving up with those defensive hybrids? Some racehorse hybrids with a higher level of management could end up putting more dollars in your pocket in the end. Just food for thought.


I don't really think it's the hybrids preventing the disease. Here I haven't seen much difference between hybrids.
Except for northern leaf blight. Good k levels will prevent it.

I think his answer is in the soil tests. I would really like to see a soil test and a tissue test. My email is good.
