Nitrates is the potential issue and not prussic acid. Prussic acid is the issue after frost. I like to wait for sorgo-sudan to be 30-36" tall before grazing. If you got 3" of rain that will only take a couple days to get there. Sudangrass is safer than sorgo-sudan so start there if possible.
