Weeds are my #2 concern after running out of moisture. Then also the corn making tillers which I have heard happening on super low populations. But I figure in the case of weeds we are late enough in the season most weeds have already germinated. And it is roundup ready so maybe I can hit it to clean it up if need be. I also have applied Atrazine and Dual which still works good as pre-emerge for us for later germinating weeds like Palmer Amaranth.

If you plant corn next year try some Dekalb 50-57. It has done really well for us. I've got a lot of 0157 out, but we have beat the crap out of 50-57 and had it kick out amazing yield. |
