Western Iowa | I agree it really depends on the year in our part of the world.
I did several farms last year that needed it. I had a couple farms that I normally wouldn't have called a helicopter on, but since he was across the road I had him hit one farm and 1/2 the other.
Seemed to be in the 10-15 bu range increase depending on the spot in the field. Yield wise it was worth it. Really liked how much better the stalk health was also.
Last year was about as wet of a late summer we have ever had though..... | |
