You are incorrect that slathering it on every acre hurts nothing but the individual farmers checkbook. Indiscriminate use will lead to quicker resistance to fungicides. In beans there is already resistant forgey leaf spot. Patrick[/QUOT

I read an article a year ago stating the same thing. College professor compared results of fungicide overuse to the resistance weeds are developing to glyphosate. He said to remember that you are killing beneficial as well as non-beneficial so use it only if you have a problem. At least that was that man's opinion. |
