Subject: fungicide on hailed corn

sc ks
I am considering applying fungicide to dryland corn. Typically that is unusual in my desert area with county avg of 60 but crop is in way above average shape. Yield potential will be most limited by population of 15k, though it looks like my Agrigold is going to flex out well ( 62-67 and 6300). Had my best field hailed on and greensnap a little, also a lot of leaning corn. It occurred at V15 to early tassel so only the upper couple leaves aren't shredded. The rest could lose a third or half the leaf area, with some bruising on stalks too. I'd guess yield potential at 120-140 assuming it flexes as well as I hope. Is this worth spending $20/ac on with prices back down in the $3 range? I wouldn't hesitate if it was irrigated but in this yield environment it's a tough pill for a poorfarmer.
Edit we are wet and got another 2 inches over the weekend so crop has the profile built up to take it to 80% max potential I'd guess already.
