Could be a different scenario, possibly all natural vs organic. There are lots of products for organic production and growing, all natural is supposed to be good old manual labor.
Or he's got the labor and might as well put them to work before they go find it somewhere else. The one I'm talking about is certified organic. He has a retail food shop at his farmstead. Quite impressive the way he runs his operation. But of course its labor intensive. |
