I call my agent, get the adjustors number and call them. Get a verbal ok. Send pictures. Do population counts in the best areas and worst areas (usually plants per 10 feet, 10 feet on tapemeasure, take picture for proof). If they're not available and this is your best chance to replant, then replant after doing all that is what I'd do.
