| I assume the liberty was in the burn down. Several years back some of Dad's RR beans were sprayed with liberty. They still made 35 or so. It took several years in court as the company that sprayed them wanted us to turn it in to crop insurance. Ours were not the only ones they did that to. If you get a lawyer you need to be on top of things as lawyers do not understand farming. Mom had all kinds of documentation and pictures. Mom also is pretty sharp on agronomy. The lawyers were in it for a percent plus costs. They made no effort in my parents behalf. It was all on my Mom. If you have trouble collecting you may need to start asking for things like the operators pesticide license, spray records etc.
