Combination of a lot of those things.  It'll be ok, especially if it rains. 

Why Ambrosia?  I find it has a very narrow harvest window before it turns starchy and it doesn't freeze very well, at least to my taste buds. 

Haven't tried Krisp.  Very partial to Avalon for garden size.  Big Harvest window and freezes great.  It's a white corn and some are turned off by that.  I've got a RR (Remedy?) from Syngenta in the field this year, and Avalon in the garden.
